Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

These terms govern your use of HelenisCare (“the Service”), operated by SamKis Labs. By creating an account or using the Service — as a patient, a provider, or a clinic — you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and, where you act on behalf of a clinic or provider, be authorised to do so and to manage the patient data you access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access records you are not authorised to see, or use it unlawfully. Providers must access patient records only for legitimate care purposes and in line with the patient’s consent and applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (for providers and clinics) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Medical disclaimer. HelenisCare is a tool that supports the delivery and coordination of care. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace the professional judgement of a qualified clinician. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating provider. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable and secure, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamKis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability relating to the provision of healthcare, which rests with the treating provider.
